macOS 10.15 Catalina Support for SONiVOX Software


macOS 10.15 Catalina is currently in its beta stage and preparing for release. SONiVOX has been actively testing all current software with each beta release to guarantee our users know exactly what works before they make the jump to the new operating system.

It is important to us that our users can continue to enjoy their SONiVOX software without any downtime. This page will be updated to reflect product compatibility following the release of macOS Catalina. We encourage all of our users to remain on their current OS unless all necessary software titles have been qualified for support. See list below. 

 

Supported SONiVOX Software

The following SONiVOX software titles are currently supported for use on macOS 10.15 Catalina:

Software Version
Essential Keyboard Collection v1.1 (refer to Updates tab on product page for software update)
Solina Redux v1.1 (refer to Updates tab on product page for software update)
Stratum Transwave Synth v1.1 (refer to Updates tab on product page for software update)

If you do not see your SONiVOX software on the list above, it has not yet been qualified for support on macOS 10.15 Catalina. This list will be updated as necessary to reflect changes to software compatibility.

 

Turning Off Automatic Updates

Until then, we recommend all users consider turning off automatic updates to prevent updating accidentally:

  1. Navigate to System Preferences > App Store
  2. Uncheck the box labeled Automatically check for updates.
