I bought Wobble 1.0 or Twist 1.0. Is a free 2.0 upgrade available or do I have to pay to upgrade?
The following purchases are eligible for complimentary 2.0 upgrades:
- 1.0 version purchases made within 30-days of the release of the 2.0 instrument. Both online and retail customers qualify.
- Retail boxed copies of the 1.0 version purchased after the 2.0 release date.
To obtain an upgrade, perform the following:
- Locate your original 1.0 authorization code
If you purchased your SONiVOX title online, your authorization code can be found in the order confirmation email you received. If you purchased a boxed copy, your authorization code can be found with the materials included in the box with the installation disk. If you registered or activated your SONiVOX software, you can view your authorization code by logging into your account.
- Contact SONiVOX support:
?Send your request electronically by visiting www.sonivoxmi.com/support. Complete the request form, selecting Authorization Assistance in the first field. A coupon code will be delivered to you via email.Electronic requests will be fulfilled within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays).
